[solved] Graph is not being Displayed

Hi support,

I used the windows installer to install cacti-0.8.7g_1

1- OS: Win Xp-SP2 Frsh installtion.
2- disable Firewall
3- Install Cacti-0.8.7g_1 using mySQL
4- Restart the machine.
5- I added Cisco router device.

I added the CISCO router as device to monitor. I have noticed that snmp reading the hostname and some information from router.More over it sense the interfaces.
However, the graph is not being draw. Is it not reading the utilization of the interface.

I have notice two main things:

1- Device status always " Unknow"
2- When I debug the interface I got the below ERROR.

Can anybody help.

[BSOD2600]

1) device status of unknown means there typically isnt anything for cacti to poll against that device. Is this not the case?
2) did you follow the post-install instructions and set a valid user account for the cacti scheduled task?
3) has the poller successfully ran at least 2x yet?

the issue was with the php path which was mentioned in

I Have followed all the instructions and when go to graph management and enable debug mode i get the error below, can someone kindly assist me
