Graphs not being displayed whilst getting OK from RRDTool

Hello all!

This is my first post so please bear with me if I'm being daft.

We'd been running Cacti 0.8.7a and it was working fine with RRDTool 1.2. However, when I updated Cacti to 0.8.7g and also RRDTool to 1.3.6 the graphs stopped displaying. Now all I can see is a broken image link symbol.

I've tried checking what's happening through the graph debugging functionality, but the returns RRDTool says: OK. Nothing gets logged on cacti.log or Apache's error_log, whilst Apache's access_log says the returned HTTP code is 200 when loading up the graphs.

I've tried running the output provided by graph debug directly on the cli and managed to see that RRDTool is actually generating the graphs properly, but still Cacti is not being able to display them inside the pages. I'm really stuck here as to why the graphs are not being displayed, so any help will be much appreciated.

Please make sure whether you are choosing "RRDTool Utility Version" properly in 'Settings -> General'.

Thanks for your reply. Yes I've checked it with both versions 1.2 and 1.3 of RRDTool, same issue in both. Is there anything else I could do to debug this?

Are you using a custom default font or specific custom fonts?
