on some of them during the day i get gabs that last 20min, even if my router is up and i have traffic...what should i do...it doesn't happen to all routers and at the same time...what should i do to fix this? why is this gap 20min and not less how can i solve it?
Thank you all

What does your cacti log say? Is there SNMP timeouts? If so you may want to extend the SNMP timeout from the default of 500 to maybe 1000 or 2000.

If the log doesn't show anything obvious you may want to change it to a higher logging level in settings, maybe debug.
