I am frequently getting this error

some times it works some times its hangs up and some times works

It is a kitchen utensil used by most americans. I frankly eat with my left hand. (I know that sounds offensive) Honestly, it likely means that the file does not exist.

do you mean the pl files?
they are in correct locaiton
might be some other problem

"Unable to fork" means it can't start a process (child process). In your case it is perl - either missing or Cacti can't find it.

Try this

6. Give the IUSR_XXXX user read and execute permissions to the file
c:\winnt\system32\cmd.exe.

This point solve my problem
