Cacti Plugin

Hi,

I am running cacti-0.8.7e in my windows xp system. I have few routers and switches in my network. when I am trying nearest routers (which is not faraway in distance) then every thing is fine. I can graphed both serial interfaces (for bandwidth) as well as cpu, memory. But when I am adding some far away routers, the webpage can't display and as a result cpu/ memry could be graphed but serial interfaces (for bandwidth) could not be graphed.
My "Downed Device Detection" is : ping and snmp
"Downed Device Detection" is: ping
"Ping Timeout Value" is: 400
"Ping Retry Count" is: 5
"SNMP Version" is : 1
Request to assist me.

Additionally, I can't enable few plugins (Viz. docs, hostinfo, syslog, weathermap) as it shows "Old Plugin Architecture" in status area. Could any please advise me how can I enable this plugins?

Another one is could any one please say me the exact table any column name of cacti mysql databse where cacti stores snmp and icmp (ping) data?

I have another question. I have successfully configured syslog plugin. However I am not able to configure "Alert Rules", "Removal Rules" and "Report Rules". Any documentation???????? I am using Cacti 0.8.7d, Plugin Architecture 2.4, PHP Version 5.2.9, and MySQL Version 5.0.77-community-nt.
