Problem with localhost/cacti - blank page

Hello, I have a problem when I enter http://localhost/cacti
I get a blank page.
only that I have the problem, as with other php is not the case.
http://localhost - correct
http://localhost/testmysql.php - correct

Try switching to the latest mysql 5.1.x
