Thold 0.4.3 installation issues

Hello,

I am having issues getting Thold 0.4.3 working properly, after installation it cant seem to find the images and some include files.

I am trying to run it on a FreeBSD 7.2-STABLE , fresh cacti installation from ports cacti-0.8.7g with cacti-plugin-0.8.7g-PA-v2.8.

It looks like the include paths are not properly set, please advise if there is a fix for this.

Please make sure 'include/config.php' and set $url_path properly.
