{SOLVED}Using cmd.php works fine, using spine does not

I all,
I want change poller type to spine. I configure all spine but when I launch it my graphs are empty.
It works well with cmd.php.
I didn't find any kind of solution in the form, so if someone can help me, I really want to use spine.

I have not installed cygwin!!
Now Cygwin is installed and spine works fine
