Windows Installation

[Dazed and Confused]

I am following the windows installation for Cacti 0.8.6b, using IIS6 on a windows 2003 server. I successfully follow all the instructions right up until the end. Right after I create the scheduled task with poller.php, the instructions say to point to the website. However, I haven't created the site in IIS up to this point...it seems to be missing some steps in the actual Cacti setup(or I am just an idiot) I created a virtual directory and named it cacti in IIS, copied the extracted files to it, but can't get a web page to browse. I did follow all the other instructions to the T, and I think they are ok. Can anyone help?

change the MIBSDIR to MIBDIRS (its a mistake in documentation) and remove MIBS=ALL from the environment variables.
