[solved] No data in graph on CACTI ( Windows 2k3)

Hi All,
I can not view data on graph in Cacti
-Cacti 0.8.7 g
-RRDTool 1.2.26
I have enabled SNMP on Devices/Servers need to monitoring and added any device into Cacti--> SNMP status is ok, but when review again then Status of device is "unknown".
