Problem #1, the snmp error. it appears you do not have the snmp agent properly configured and/or a firewall is blocking snmp traffic.

ok thanks for reply. Can any1 give me guide or something how to configure it for cacti? i just installed it now but i dont know hot to configure it to work with cacti.

EDIT: found the guide in this forum: http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=26151

But i'm stuck at:

Code: Select all

C:\usr\bin>snmpwalk.exe -v 1 -c public localhost sysdesc
SNMPv2-MIB::sysDescr.0 = STRING: Hardware: x86 Family 6 Model 9 Stepping 5 AT/AT COMPATIBLE - Software: Windows 2000 Version 5.1 (Build 2600 Uniprocessor Free)
What i get is:

Code: Select all

C:\usr\bin>snmpwalk.exe -v 1 -c public localhost sysdesc
Timeout: No Response from localhost
EDIT2: omg finally fixed snmp error but rrdtools error is still the same, what should i do now?;S Also it shows what my localhost is DOWN.

EDIT3: searching for other threas about rrdtools and down errors. Can't fix it yet but i can say what i choosed:
Ping or SNMP; ICMP ping; cmd.php, also on devices page localhost options:

Code: Select all

Ping Results
ICMP Ping Success (0.26 ms)
Server status: still down, rrdtools cant find rrd files, bcs they r not creating.

EDIT4: Found and fixed the errors but now my graphs r empty, so searching how to fix it , why so many fixes need to be done:S[/size]
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
EDIT5: My graphs draw one time but it stopped again, i did only manual run C:\php\php.exe C:\inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\poller.php, but i set up task schedule to do that, and it runs normally, but graph isnt redrawing.
Cacti log file:

Code: Select all

1) this is free software and those who assist in this forum do on their own will and time.

2) You cannot simply use every template that comes with cacti on your system and expect them to function -- especially templates which are intended for linux/other hardware.

3) Delete your devices which use the linux host template. re-create them using the Windows host template. Then find out which ones are not working after 10 minutes (aka 2 polling cycles).
