As SNMP availabilty is fine, why not using SNMP only test?
Please verify, that "System Utilities -> View Poller Cache" shows valid entries for the host. I expect to find 8 of them

I test with SNMP only, it work fine

yes, it has 8
so i don't know why UDP ping time out but SNMP work fine because SNMP use UDP and port 161

The UDP test does not use port 161 but some port > 32000.
So it gives no additional information to use the UDP test
