Error in RRDTOOL

i've install Windows Installer [v1.95 - 2010-09-23] on my XP SP2.

i'm getting an error:

RRDTool Command:

RRDTool Says:

ERROR: parameter '#FF0000FF' does not represent a number in line AREA:#FF0000FF:CPU Usage

anyone can help fixing this error

It appears there is no rrd file defined for this graph to use, which is the problem. Is one defined for it in graph management?
