Cacti Graphs are blank

Hi,

I have my cacti server installed with 0.8.7 e version and was running fine from past 1 year.

We rebooted this server a couple of days ago and now all the graphs are blank wth Nan values.

I checked on mysql tables, rrdtool, rrds but all seems to be fine. I Checked on Poller cron as well and is executing every 5 mins, but still all graphs are blank. I have realtime plugin installed and could see the graph with beautifiul colours. Checked a lot of forums and did everything suggested by them but no luck.

Can anyone please help me here? All was well till now.

I am also facing same issue on CentOS 5.6 with Cacti-0.8.7g. Can you enable debug mode on graph management and post the output of it?

Check the "ownership" of the rra and log directory if that has changed ? The user you are using to run the poller.php command may not be able to update the rrd files any more ...

Well checked permissions on rra and log folder. Gave them 777 to isolate this permission issue.
After that few graphs are captured.

CPU Utilization graphs for windows machines are still blank.

Any more suggestions will be of great help.

enable debug mode for the cacti log, as well as poller warnings and poller errors. Then check The log for rrdtool entries. There may be a note about the real issue there.
