Database Mysql allways full.

Dear Admin.

I am using cacti software for monitoring my network. This software run so good but sometimes I have problem with database Mysql. If I run this software during about 2 months. It can't capture data and I found that some records in MySql full and then I restored database . I works back.

Please help me solve this problem. Because if I restored database. the old data will lost. It's inconvinience.

Please tell us, which mysql message you receive that tells you about a full database

Dear Amin.

I am not sure mysql database full or not. but after setup successful cacti server. It runs smoothly during 2 months and then it can't capture the data. I have investigated and found that in record of Poller_output of cacti database --> data length more than 5 MB.

After that. I have restore Mysql database as begining. It runs smoothly but after 2 months. It happens again.
please advice me. How should I do ? My image of Mysql database. Image.

Poller_output gets filled during each poller's run. At the end, all data is flushed to rrd files. As long as those rrd files exist, poller_output should be empty, then. Newer cacti releases truncate poller_output prior to polling to avoid creeping up strange stuff
