Spine problem

Post by virus84 »

Hello

I have a strange problem then im using spine to try to graph a IBM BladeCenter (http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=40483). Then i use cmd.php as poller it works fine. But then i change to use spine i dont get any values in my graphs.

With cmd.php it looks like this below in the log

03/21/2011 06:13:22 PM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] Host[87] DS[3159] SNMP: v1: 172.24.4.205, dsname: bc_pwr_usg_pd1_slo1, oid: .1.3.6.1.4.1.2.3.51.2.2.10.2.1.1.7.17, output: 129

And then i use spine it looks like this

03/21/2011 06:43:14 PM - SPINE: Poller[0] Host[3] TH[1] DS[125] SNMP: v1: 172.24.4.205, dsname: bc_pwr_usg_pd1_slo1, oid: .1.3.6.1.4.1.2.3.51.2.2.10.2.1.1.7.17, value: 133W

It seams spine dont remove the "W" in this case. Have other things then cmd.php removes the not needed text and pnly take the nesecary value.
Is it possible to get spine to handle the SNMP data and remove it like cmd.php does? All tips are appreciated. Hope someone have a ide how it may be solved.

Regards
Magnus

This is which version of spine?
If not latest, then try this first.
in case of error, please try latest spine from SVN, then.
