Why me lord?
as i already said, I dont know where exactly is problem is, after few tries of updating set password command rebooting system has done the trick.
but wait,
as i said earlier post, I have moved cacti to different location, it was in C drive of another machine which is now in different machine on D drive.
I updated all paths in settings tables, but may be I am missing few more steps for which graphs are not being generated.

Check the poller_output table. How many rows are in it? If there are a lot, truncate it.

MySQL 4.1 is not officially supported yet. Installation documentation is for MySQL 4.0.x or less. It can work with Cacti, but you will have to search the board for installation instructions.

The post is out there somewhere. I am still just getting out of bed. I will be working half the day on 0.8.7. I don't expect that I will be working on documentation today. You'll get there. When you do, you might want to goto CVS and download the *.SGML file in CVS /Cacti/cacti/docs/build and update it for MySQL 4.1.x. I will committ once it's done.
