Small Query- Please Help

Hi freinds

I am just new to Cacti and I am very impressed with cacti features. I have some queries and I request you to help me. I want to know

1. Can we use Cacti to monitor the devices which are not the list of menu the cacti has default.

2. Like I have my own MIB with my required OIDs and I want to load that in Cacti. Please let me know is there anyway I can load my MIB and poll my machine with my desired OIDs.
