Spine and thread

Good day, i decided to use spine instead of cmd.php, in order that they say that u can increase threads per process and it mush better then cmd.php for some reasons, but when i set Maximum Threads per Process to 10 or 20 nothing happens, the graphs stop writing anything, but let me just set this parameter to 1 and everything works fine, what could it be, maybe spine does not use thread, or something like that, any ideas about this ?
