syslog 1.2.1 not create report rule

Hi!
Today i was install new syslog (1.2.1) and found problem. When i create rule for report in cacti log i see next message

ERROR: SQL Save Command Failed for Table '`cacti`.`syslog_alert`'. Error was 'Unknown column 'repeat_alert' in 'field list''

how fix this problem?
