I follow the instruction by bsod2600 on installing cacti in Window. I used Apached instead of IIS... When I accessed http://localhost, I get It works in the page.... When I accessed http://localhost/cacti, "I get The webpage cannot be found". Just want to verify that is the correct document root in httpd.conf in apache.
Please see logs below:

Document root in HTTPD.conf
DocumentRoot "C:/Apache2/htdocs"
