Availability and reporting Tool

Hi,

I started cacti newly, Could you help me about following information? Which plugin should I use?

I want to use following plugin;

- Availability Reporting,
- Flow viewer for Cisco or Juniper devices,
- Monitoring, (alert with e-mail vs. for Up/Down)
- Cisco, Juniper Devices configuration backup,
