Cannot execute web

Hi everyone! I've installed cacti, but to step install with web interface can not be run contest? people just help!

That is strange, I'm use to seeing firefox ask to download the page as a file if php is not working correctly with apache.
This appears to be apache is not configured properly for php.
what distro are you running?
