RRDT tool not Graphing

Hi Everyone,

I really tried to gather as much info as i can to make this thread easy to understand and help you.
I used the installer to setup cacti on a CLEAN fresh install of Windows Server 2003 R2 (VM)
I used the installer "Cacti-0.8.7g_1.95.exe"
I included lots of screen shots and info.

My one and only problem is that the GRAPHs are not being generated.
Please help me

Operating System: Windows Server 2003 R2
Webserver: Virtual Machine
Cacti: 0.8.7g
MySQL: 5.1.50
PHP: 5.2.14
RRDTool (Cygwin or Win32 version): RRDTool 1.2.x (I believe it's 1.2.30)

I'm fairly certain that your problem is a polling problem and not graphing problem. Did you notice the MySQL error 1064? That's a syntax error. I'm wondering if your MySQL DB was created correctly for Cacti. If this is a fresh install would it be too much work to drop the DB and then rerun the sql script that came with Cacti? If not I'd start there with a clean config.

Sounds interesting the point you made but I noticed that
ERROR: opening 'C:/Apache2/htdocs/cacti/rra/3/11.rrd': No such file or directory

That doesn't exist because it doesn't create it, could it be that's why i get the 1064 SQL error?

I think it's the other way around. The .rrd files are created by the poller. It looks like the poller can't get started on its run because of the SQL error.

Do you have any clue on how to debug it and solve this issue?

Did you try dropping the cacti database and rerunning the sql script to create it?

Did you follow the installer's post-install instructions?
Cacti technical support page show any errors?
