Post by Guest »

Hi, I am getting the following error message:
ERROR: opening 'C:\apache2triad\htdocs\cacti/rra/caravan_router_load_1min_13.rrd': No such file or directory

Despite all appears to work fine it does not generate graphs.

Ca enybody give me a hint?

Please post more information about your configurations. Thanks,

Thank you. The solution was in the manual:

Add the following two system environment variables to your system using the procedure above: MIBSDIR=c:\php\mibs, and PHPRC=c:\php.

One note, it should not be MIBSDIR, but rather MIBDIRS. Sorry about the confusion.

I am still having this problem. I added all the system variables.

Heres my current setup...
2003 Server
IIS
Apache 2
Cacti
Cactid(not currently using for poling I do not beleive)
RRDTool 1.0.48
PHP 4.3.9
MySQL 4.1.7

I can get the admin page and I can set up graphs but all I get ar Red Xs instead of graphs. It tells me it can't get the file which makes sense since ti seems to want one that have both \ and /
Any help would be appreciated...

I am pretty new to Cacti and would love to see ti actually do something...

We could do an IM or Netmeeting to clear this up, but my hours are in the PM EST (Detroit, MI). Any interest?

I think I got it. Part of it was just waiting and the rest was using the wrong host template... Thanks Though.
