ifAlias Updates on Graph is made

Hi,
I use Cacti for my switches I use ifAlias for the Graph title, and was wondering if someone updates it, how can I get cacti to update the graph name please.

B) Apply action 'Reapply Suggested Names' in 'Graph Management'
C) Run 'cli/poller_reindex_hosts.php'
