Another Graphing problem

Very new to rrdtool and cacti. Used mrtg for a while.
I seem to have Cacti up and running.
Add a device... fine. pulls the interfaces.
Go to display the graphs .... lots of little x's
Seems rrdtool isn't getting updated.

This is the graph-debug error:
RRDTool Says:

ERROR: opening 'C:\Apache\Apache2\htdocs\cacti/rra/ero_3745_traffic_in_193.rrd': No such file or directory

followed windows install closely... My head hurts.

Running:
W2k3
Apache 2.0.48
php 4.3.4
RRDtool 1.0.40

Any advice would be much appreciatied

I get the same message.

RRDTool is not generating any rra's in htdosc/cacti/rrs

if you open and see the cacti.log file you will find something like poller ... timeout...exiting

for this to fix people say to use php.ini.dist instead of php.ini.recomended

and few people accepted it and worked for them, but i didnt get the result yet. looking for more help
