Graphs display under windows

Hi,

I installed successfully on a windows server 2008 R2 (which is located on a VMWARE machine) with an IIS web server using the windows installer.
I also installed SNMP informant on some servers and addedd templates and queries available on the forum.
I can add devices, create graphs, ... and add these graphs to a tree but when I try to access the tree view (using the Graph button), I never see the graphs (no answer from the server) and it seems that on the server the php.cgi.exe is taking 100% of the cpu.
I already rebooted server, looked on forum for a solution without success

Do you have any idea about the cause of the problem ?
