RRD Tool Error

Post by trebor11584 »

Hi,

I would like to know what does this error means?
RRDTool Command:

C:/rrdtool/rrdtool.exe graph - \
--imgformat=PNG \
--start=-86400 \
--end=-300 \
--title="Windows XP - Used Space - C: Label:eBIZ_H" \
--rigid \
--base=1024 \
--height=120 \
--width=500 \
--alt-autoscale-max \
--lower-limit=0 \
--vertical-label="bytes" \
--slope-mode \
--font TITLE:12: \
--font AXIS:8: \
--font LEGEND:10: \
--font UNIT:8: \
DEF:a="C\:/Apache2/htdocs/cacti/rra/4/8.rrd":hdd_total:AVERAGE \
DEF:b="C\:/Apache2/htdocs/cacti/rra/4/8.rrd":hdd_used:AVERAGE \
AREA:a#002A97FF:"Total" \
GPRINT:a:LAST:"Current\:%8.2lf %s" \
GPRINT:a:AVERAGE:"Average\:%8.2lf %s" \
GPRINT:a:MAX:"Maximum\:%8.2lf %s\n" \
AREA:b#F51D30FF:"Used" \
GPRINT:b:LAST:" Current\:%8.2lf %s" \
GPRINT:b:AVERAGE:"Average\:%8.2lf %s" \
GPRINT:b:MAX:"Maximum\:%8.2lf %s\n"

RRDTool Says:

ERROR: opening 'C:/Apache2/htdocs/cacti/rra/4/8.rrd': No such file or directory
I'm not getting my graph to show.

Also, I would like to ask know if it is OK to change the path of the schedule task from this
C:\php\php.exe C:\Apache2\htdocs\cacti\poller.php
to the path stated on the post install instructions?

Have you read http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=11747 , including the debugging guide portion?
Did you wait 10 minutes for the data to get collected?

What's the path in the post-install which you're referring to?

Bottom line, .\cacti\poller.php should be executed by the PHP.exe in the scheduled task -- where ever that resides on your system.
