I'm currently working on the creation of an addon for using the flowviewer plugin to create NetFlow Charts.
The plugin will be free/gpled
The CereusReporting plugin will have the ability to add those graphs to the PDF reports.
A Sample report created with the current dev version can be downloaded here:

Well, owners of the Corporate Edition of CereusReporting can certainly request a version of this. It's not available as a standalone tool ..

Yep, supported by the cereusreporting plugin
But this one ( NMID FlowChart ) is actually based on NetFlow data gathered through the FlowViewer plugin.
