flow-view flow-receive not appearing ...

Hi ! i would really thank for help with this one :
im sending netflow to cacti but i cant see it in the flow-viewer , i think its because
flow-print and flow-receive dows not appear when i do "ps -aux | grep flow" - can you help ?
