[solved] Graphs not generated with all graph items

All,

I had started with the original Bits/sec template then found the improved template and changed the original to match the improved... but I'm having an issue where graphs generated with one template don't show all the graph items.

A graph generated with the improved template displays what I want, so I've made them match, and it still doesn't work... although the graphs did show different items as I was making the changes.

I've gone through every screen in the template and haven't found a discrepancy. What am I missing?

Are you sure the correct graph template is assigned to your problem graph? the output looks like the standard interface template.

I guess I'm not sure. How do I check such a thing?

In graph management, look at the name of the graph template its using. is it your 'improved' one or the standard?

Oh I see, I read too much into it. Yes, it is the standard one. When I switch the template to the "improved" the graph looks fine. But I have 2338 graphs using the standard template, and determined it would be far more time effective to simply change the graph template than change the template assigned to each.

You can use the cacti gui or cli scripts to bulk change the graph template for lots of devices.
