Hi All,

I am new to Cacti and i really like this tool for network monitoring. I manage to install cacti as per the installer given by the moderator BSOD2600. It installed but i am not able to view any graph on the cati.

I am attaching here my debug report for you guys to help me because i am still very new for this cacti.

1) next time post the html instead of screenshots for the technical support page.
2) did you follow the windows installer post-install instructions completely?
3) is the cacti scheduled task properly running?

Thanks for your reply i was actually loading the html as an attachment but i was getting error that you can't attach html so i attached the image file.

Please can you give me the link of windows installer post-install so that i can follow it. And also give me the link to check the cacti schedule task. Thanks in advance and i am new to cacti so i really need your help to get it going.

The post install instructions link should be placed in your desktop. It also resides in the \cacti\doc\ folder.

I followed the post install instructions and it manage to start generating graph but the graph is blank. Attaching a jpeg for you to see

Did you wait 10 minutes for data to be collected?
Any errors in the cacti technical support page?
Any errors in the cacti.log file?
