List View - unable to use the search

Hi All,

We upgraded cacti about 3 month ago to the latest version and have just noticed what when logged in as either admin or even a customer if we goto list view we see all the graphs as a list, we put something in the search box that we can see as one of the titles of the graphs and click search and nothing happens, looks like the search function is broken,

Anyone have any ideas?

Did you apply all patches for 087g?

I'm having the same problem here. I'm using Cacti 0.8.7g with PIA 2.8, apache 2.2, mysql 5.5 and php5.3.5 all running on FreeBSD 8.1 amd64.
All the patches have been applied. So far, this is the only error I encountered.

Is there any SQL error found in cacti.log? My 087g works fine with search in list view ...

I managed to solve this problem by reinstalling cacti and re-create the database. Not sure what went wrong before.

hey any other fix methode instead or reinstalling cacti? My cacti is online and do not want to reinstall it.

So mb we could find the reason ?
