[solved] Where to look for issues?

Hello,
I have a server I installed Cacti on. Cacti works fine. I was asked to install weathermap and add syslog functionality to this. I have installed the required components for weathermap yet it doesn't seem to work. If I miss something please let me know. I have no experience past using Cacti.

Cacti Version: 0.8.7g
Cacti OS: win32 (Running Server 2008 Standard)
SNMP Version: NET-SNMP version 5.5
RRDTool VErsion: RRDTool 1.2.x
PHP Version: 5.2.14

I installed the Plugin Architecture 2.8 by copying the files over the cacti files. Imported the pa.sql database into MySQL. Cacti works fine, but still don't see anything. No extra options, etc. I installed weathermap as well. I modified the config.php file to contain the information for weathermap. Until the Plugin Architecture works I don't see weathermap working. Issue is that I can't seem to find the issue and documentaion for the Windows platform isn't easy to find.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I figured it out. I didn't check the Plug-In Architecture when I ran the install.
