Transfer Cacti from one computer to another

We had Cacti installed on a Win7 machine and added hundreds of devices and graphs. How can I copy the devices and graphs from the old machine to the new Win7 machine. We tried to search on the topic and the forum kept telling us after a couple of searches that we cannot search at this time and to try later. We tried for up to 1/2 hour and wasn't able to search again until quite a while later. Thanks for any input.

Follow the cacti upgrade guide... as it has you backup all the required components of Cacti (mysql db, rra files, custom scripts). Then simply restore all of that to your new PC.
