how can i use cacti to plot graph without enabling snmp

Can cacti plot graph without enabling snmp and if it can, is it possible to do it with MIB information.please assist.

Yes, you can graph without using snmp, by using ICMP (Ping) and CommandLineInterface (cli, batch, perl, php) Scripts.

No, you can not get the MIB-Information without SNMP.
