Hard disk monitoring windows servers 2003/2008

Dear all

I'm new with the cacti and was wondering if someone could help me with something.

I would like to have an overview (a list, a table), where i want to see the name of a server, the capacity of the hard disk and what has been used of that capacity. So actually without the graphs, just a list. Is this possible with cacti?

First of all thanks for your reply. It's also an awesome template but is there a possibility to have a list without the graphs? for example:

Name DISK SPACE DISK USAGE
server x 80GB 36GB
server y 30 GB 22 GB


something like that?
