LDAP Authentication Issues

I am receiving this error;

LDAP Error: Authentication Failure

When I am trying to log into cacti. This login works as it is same login which get used to access the server via SSH.

With the Authentication part of cacti I have

Port Standard: 389
Protocol Version: Version 3
Encryption: None
Referrals: Disabled
Mode: No Searching
Distinguished Name: uid=<username>,ou=People,dc=domain,dc=co,dc=uk
Search Base: ou=People,dc=domain,dc=co,dc=uk
Search Distingished Name (DN): cn=Manager,dc=domain,dc=co,dc=uk
Search Password: Blah
                         Blah

Here is the software which I am using;

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I would love to get this working properly

The version which I am using is

087f is out of support. It is broken. Either upgrade now to 087g or to 087h within some weeks

ok upgraded 0.8.7g still having the same issues

Do you have any error message? cacti.log and/or httpd error_log?

Hi There

Nothing is coming up in the httpd error log nor within the cacti logs either.

the only thing which I have showing that an attempt came into cacti is this;
