Way to get devices to auto query

Post by jdp7020 »

I am new to Cacti and I was wondering what was the procedure to get devices to auto query at a specified interval? At present, when we install a new card I have to manually requery the device to get the new ports to show up to build graphs. We are using version 0.8.7.e with no further plug ins installed at this time. Thank you for any assistance.

Take a look at the /cli/ directory.

Those scripts will allow you automate things via a cron job.
