Hello, I am trying to monitor a Juniper NS5GT router. I have installed Cacti, MySQL and everything else using the great installer (courtesy of BSOD2600), and I can log in and everything works fine - except the production of the actual graphs! Instead of the graphs, I get to see a small placeholder .
I suspect that I am missing some stupid detail - but I cannot figure out which, and that frustrates me horribly! Might a kind, technically competent soul be so generous and offer to log into my cacti, and check what's wrong? I am very hopeful and will offer in return professional advice in my own field of expertise if needed (but I sincerely wish readers that it not be needed: clinical neuropathology!)

1) please read/follow http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=11747
2) Do any of the templates which come with cacti function (interface, cpu, disk)? If not, then it would appear you don't have something configured properly.

Re: Help: no graphs!!!
Thank you BSOD. I resolved this issue thanks to the very good instructions. I still have some other issues, but I have managed to get at least some graphs going!
