[solved] fatal error

hi ,
i m new with cacti, i try to add new devices but cacti posts me this error :
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\lib\functions.php on line 1219

Please help

I read all that before putting my question but in vain, also for the graph localhost cacti posts me erroneous data
i have to finish this project before 24/12/2010 please help

Cacti 0.8.6i??? dude, 0.8.7g is the latest, upgrade! Give http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=14946 a shot.

Thanks , and i'm glad to tell you that i've solved "the fatal error", i've modified the 30 second to 300 s into the functions.php
also i've a prblm with the firewall , right now all is okey :) :)
