What OID is associated to Host[3] DS[8] ? Either turn on verbose logging or look in the poller cache. If you manually run snmpget on that OID, does it return valid data?

i reinstalled all sofware :
php 5.2 TS
cacti 0.8.7g
spine 0.8.7e
Openssl 0.9.8l
net-snmp 5.5.0

all works correctly, but i can't use the last version of spine, it doesn't matter :)
Can i import my old database or only the device into the news? or there will have an incompatibility?

ps: is it normal that cacti is very slow to load php page? and sometimes the page don't load...

The error of spine :
This application has failed to start because cygz.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

i have the dll in spine directory, and before i have installed cygwin, but i don't have remember why because i use the windows scheduled task

For the Multi SNMP OID, yes i put the value to 1 but it's the same i have always the errors -_-'
