What do you mean by "cacti data"?
The administrative data? Then, the answer is YES.
The performance data stored in rrd files? Then, the answer is NO. But the DSSTAT plugin does use a similar technique; you may implement the missing bits based on that approach

I am new to cacti.
Yes I am trying to export performance rrd values to sql.Like average min/max ping time and so on.
If i am able to export values in sql then i can generate report with that values.
Will DSSTAT work for that?
