camm Plugin- unable to find snmptrapd conf file

I have installed cacti 0.8.7e. I would like to install caMM plugin.I need ur help in understanding the prerequisites for this plugin. Net-SNMP trapd is required for accepting the traps.I have enabled this services but i am unable to find snmptrapd.conf file on my PC. When I run snmptrapd -H it throws any error
No log handling enabled - turning on stderr logging
netsnmp_assert GetLastError() != 10093L failed ..\..\snmplib\winpipe.c:46
Cannot find module (NOTIFICATION-LOG-MIB): At line 1 in (none)
Cannot find module (NET-SNMP-AGENT-MIB): At line 1 in (none)
Cannot find module (DISMAN-EVENT-MIB): At line 1 in (none)
Warning: no access control information configured.This receiver will *NOT* accept any incoming notifications.
where do I find snmptrapd.conf file. can u please share the snmptrapd.conf file

If I donot have this file and follow your instructions will this work

Please try to find it from /etc/snmp/
