Installing cacti on Windows XP with XAMPP

I have install XAMPP 1.7.2 with PHP 5.3.0 and cacti-0.8.7e. I am receiving following error when i tried http://localhost/cacti.

Mr.Farooq,

If you are installing first time on Win XP, you can use BSOD windows installer.it is very easy to install and avoids the post installtion errors.
