cacti report plugin

hi
i have installed report plugin on cacti 8.7g windows IIS 5.0
Email thold for SMTP is working fine. but report plugin is not working, email report is not sent mail recipient.

If this is the old REPORTS plugin written by Cigamit, then this only sends mail using PHPMail()

NECTAR is the currently supported successor of that report plugin.
