problem configuration IIS/cacti windows 7

I want to know how to configure IIS under windows 7 to use cacti, step by step.

What part of the cacti windows installation guide was confusing?

it's the part of IIS configuration when i arrived to program>configuration panel>system and security> Administration tools>IIS .
I am blocked there,i following a toturial to configure iis under windows xp, but i use windows 7 and the windows are very different.
