Wondering if anybody yet has created templates for A10 AX series of load balancers...they do have their own graphing on the box itself, but would be nice if we could incorporate data into our existing Cacti infrastructure.
Thanks!

Re: Host templates for A10 Networks load balancers
Well, I have done some work on the AX3000 device. Feel free to test the attached host template export. But: This template was never intentionally written to be published. It is written for internal use, and I have no idea whether it works elsewhere. I'm running 0.8.7.e.
I have also done some work on graphing VIP traffic, connections, etc. But for some strange reason the AX has incredible long oid strings for the VIPs which causes problems. If I get around to finish the VIP template, I'll publish it here.
Regards,
Sven

Re: Host templates for A10 Networks load balancers
This host template picks up on SvenA's template and adds the following data queries:
A10 - axServerPortStatTable
A10 - axServerStatTable
A10 - axServiceGroupMemberStatTable
A10 - axServiceGroupStatTable
A10 - axVirtualServerPortStatTable
A10 - axVirtualServerStatTable
It was necessary to create indexes by regex because these devices do not provide any indexes.
For some snmptables it was necessary to order by index instead of device name or address (in the data query xml) because those snmptables have many lines with the same names and addresses, and multiple-field-ordering didn't work the way I wanted.
Make sure that "Maximum OID's Per Get Request" = 1 on the host's "SNMP Options" section.
The data query xml files should be placed in their usual place: (cacti_path)/resource/snmp_queries
It was exported from cacti Version 0.8.7e, and as always it should be tested before being used in production.
I hope it's usefull!
Best regards,
David
