Actions history ?

Hi there,

Is there a log "somewhere" listing the actions performed previously (device addition, template creation,....) ?
My system has been suffering from very high CPU utilization for a few days and I would like to check if some actions could be the cause of this sudden spike. I have a bunch of graphs (queries with custom perl scripts) that are not graphed anymore because of this load and I can't see why this load happened suddenly...
